Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

Rescheduling

• Sessions cannot be cancelled, they can only be rescheduled.
• If a reschedule request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, no additional charge applies. The session will be moved to a new slot based on available slots.
• If a reschedule request is made within 48 hours of the session, a rescheduling fee of ₹800 applies. The session will be moved to a new slot once this fee is paid.
• To reschedule, simply send a message and I'll confirm the new slot and any applicable charge before it's finalized.

Fairness, in Both Directions

This policy applies equally if I need to reschedule a session. If I reschedule a session due to an emergency with less than 48 hours' notice, your next session will be discounted by ₹800.

This mutual structure is meant to maintain accountability on both ends, since a session held but not used cannot typically be filled by another client on short notice.

Joining Late

Once a session has started, it cannot be rescheduled. If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, out of respect for the appointments of other clients.

No-Shows

If you have not joined the session within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, I will attempt to reach you once via call and once via message. You may respond up to 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. If there is no response by then, the session will be considered a no-show and will end. No-show appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
